Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, mediadb.net will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing content as required by law.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice by providing the following information:

- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before its removal or disablement;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;

- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your region (or, if you reside outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located) and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the DMCA notice or an agent of such party.
Upon receipt of a counter-notice, mediadb.net will review the matter and, if appropriate, restore the removed content within a reasonable period as provided by law.
